The average adult encounters 10 new viruses each year – some cause symptoms but many go unnoticed. However, your immune system sees all these infections and generates in your blood a detailed, personalized and ever-changing history of your viral invasions, known as 'immune memory'.

MyImmunity is a Citizen Science project that aims to study this memory across diverse human and viral populations. In the process, we aim to help participants learn about their personal immune memory and how it changes over time.
